The show starts at the published time. Tori Town respects theatre discipline.
Doors close 15 minutes to the start of the show. Please don’t be late. You are advised to come an hour ahead of stated staging time to make room for navigation issues, traffic, parking, security clearance and seating.
Tickets don’t cover for food and drink. Refreshments options will be sold separately at a designated food court.
Security is not at all a concern. The theatre and the campus it is on, are highly secure.
There is parking space to accommodate over 2000 vehicles. Parking is secure as well and excellently laid out.
The restrooms are clean and properly attended to and will be actively minded during the event.
Phones must be on silent mode while inside the theatre. A ringing phone affects the performance and the experience of others.
Children below the age of 5 may not be able to sit through the performance. Children from 7 and above will best benefit from being present.
Toddlers are to be in the accompaniment of minders/ nannies or have the full attention of their parents. Tickets will be purchased for minders/ nannies or they will not be allowed into the theatre.
